A Luxury Wedding in Italy: In September 2025, an international couple from the US hosted an unforgettable three-day wedding at the iconic Villa Parisi. We created a celebration that perfectly balanced timeless elegance, stunning visuals, and pure joy. With 70 carefully selected guests, T&S‘ wedding felt intimate, elevated, and deeply personal – an experience rather than a single event.

Set on a hilltop overlooking the Tuscan coastline, Villa Parisi is a hidden gem for couples seeking refined luxury with a relaxed Italian soul. The historic villa is known for its panoramic sea views and beautiful villa – offering a perfect canvas for an elegant and intimate destination wedding.
What makes Villa Parisi especially appealing for a luxury wedding in Italy is its exclusivity. The estate allows couples to create a fully private, immersive experience where every moment unfolds seamlessly in one breathtaking location.
We would recommend a guest count of about 70 people so that the venue does not feel crowded. The coastal town Castiglioncello, the home of the villa, is perfect for exploring or a relaxing trip to the beach. With major cities close such as Pisa or Florence the guests had the opportunity to further explore Italy before or after the wedding. The celebration began with a relaxed yet impeccably styled welcome pool party. Guests arrived to a cooling pool, Aperol spritzes and a warm Italian welcome. Because T&S wanted to create a feeling of cohesiveness and elegance, we decided to ask guests to come in all white. T&S‘ guests made sure to excel in every aspect of this wedding and not only brought the fun but also the outfits! The couple wanted everyone to always be entertained so we created lawn game stations to enjoy. Moreover, the couple served handmade Italian pizza from a real Pizzaiolo, fully customised to the couple’s and guests‘ needs. Bespoke florals and stationery completed this first day full of fun and relaxation.
You can find my tip on why we chose to start with a pool party at the end of the blog entry.

The wedding day itself was the definition of refined luxury. A floral-forward design featuring soft, elegant blooms complemented Villa Parisi’s historic architecture without overpowering it. The brief was timeless and classic so we opted for white florals supported by greenery. Giorgia and her team created English garden style arrangements which stood out beautifully among the Mediterranean Sea. The ceremony took place on the platform, with the guests overlooking the ceremony from above. Led by the amazing Anna it was an intimate and joyful ceremony, representing T&S perfectly.
The reception seamlessly blended elegance with celebration. A setup of round tables adorned with delicate florals, candelabras, and fine tableware created an atmosphere that felt both luxurious and welcoming. As the evening unfolded, heartfelt speeches, fantastic food, and a vibrant dance floor turned the night into a joyful celebration that lasted well into the Italian night. The highlight of the dinner was the saxophone and DJ duo who had the crowd dancing to his tunes in an instant. Afterwards, the custom bar (Alchimia Bar Catering) ensured that all guests had amazing drinks and were dancing the night away. The couple also chose to opt for a traditional Italian wedding cake (Millefoglie) which they built themselves together with Loretta Fanella. When they cut the first slice, a display of fireworks erupted behind them and concluded what was „the best day of our lives“.
A huge THANK YOU goes to the amazing photography team without whom we would not be able to share these beautiful pictures with you. Claudia, it was a pleasure working with you!

On the final day, guests were treated to a private wine tasting experience in the Italian countryside – a relaxed yet luxurious farewell that perfectly reflected the couple’s vision. Surrounded by rolling hills and vineyards, guests enjoyed a curated tasting, local delicacies, and meaningful conversations. It was a perfect way to end the event as it brought all guests together for a last time. This final touch transformed the wedding into a complete Italian experience, leaving guests with memories that extended far beyond the wedding day itself.
Why did we start with a pool party and ended with the wine tasting instead of doing it the other way around? While most planners plan the pool party for the last day, I believe it is a better way to casually start the party. You have guests arriving from all over the world at different times. A pool party they can simply show up to is a lot easier on them (and the couple!) than having to be at a vineyard at a specific time. Furthermore, setting an activity for the last day helps bring the group together again. Of course, there is nothing wrong with planning it the other way around, but my couple and I felt that this would fit their needs better.
