Einer der Dienstleister, der einem die gr\u00f6\u00dfte Zeitersparnis schenkt, ist wohl der Dienstleister der Papeterie. Selbstverst\u00e4ndlich kann alles selbst gemacht werden, aber bis man sich in Designprogramme, Schriftarten und verschiedene Papiere eingearbeitet hat, sind viele Stunden vergangen. Die Papeterie sorgt daf\u00fcr, dass s\u00e4mtliche Papierwaren einheitlich, zum Stil der Hochzeit passend und hochwertig aussehen. Oft haben die Dienstleister eine Ausbildung oder ein Studium in Richtung Design (Kommunikationsdesign, Grafikdesign, …) absolviert und sich dann in der Hochzeitsbranche verwirklicht.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Save the Dates
<\/span><\/strong>Guests are able to jot down the date of your wedding very early on if you send out \"Save the Dates\". These are not the final invitations but typically only provide information about the date and location. It is best to send them out once you have booked your venue. This way your guests can reserve that date for your wedding. Nowadays it is also fun to send them out digitally or follow trends on TikTok that function as the STD.<\/span><\/p>

Invitations
<\/b><\/span>The actual invitations are sent out after the Save the Dates. You should send them out at least 7-8 months before the wedding. Put in all of the relevant information for your guests such as the date and time, the location, a dresscode, a link to your wedding website, and how many people are specifically invited. Guests should send their RSVP as soon as possible - often they can also tick what they would like to eat for dinner (meat, fish, vegetarian). \nKeep in mind that you need to budget in stamps for sending them out!<\/span><\/p>

Stationery on the table
<\/b>It is up to you what and how much you put on your tables. Place cards, menu cards for the table or for every single guest, table numbers, drinks menus - everything is possible. For example, if you leave it up to the guests to decide where to sit at their assigned table, you do not need place cards. I recommend to have table numbers and at least one menu card for 4-6 guests.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Miscellaneous
<\/b>The sky is the limit! What has been trending in the last couple of years have been welcome signs, coktail menus, direction signs at the location, an overview of the guest list or a neon sign that shows the name of the married couple. Signs are usually acrylic and are elaborately decorated so that your wedding gets a special touch.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Ideally your wedding has a colour and design concept. If you work with a planner, they will typically do it for you and distribute it to all of the vendors. I only work with selected and I trust my colleagues with the design concept so that they can keep their creative freedom. Our colleagues then send us first drafts and the ones we think fit your wedding best are shown to you. You then get to decide what you want and whether to change anything.\u00a0<\/p>

Every professional has their own style - pay attention to that when picking out your vendors. Get sent designs from previous weddings and schedule in a video call to get to know the vendor beforehand. Thus, you can ensure that your visions and expectations are met. Put emphasis on high quality prints and paper. When looking over previous designs try to see whether one concept is used over and over again or whether the vendor works bespoke.<\/p>
