THE STEPS TO WEDDING PLANNING
01 - connect
We get to know each other via a first and free connect - whether it be live or in a videocall. You see how I work, what I do and how I can realise your dream wedding and I get to know you and your expectations and wishes.
03 - locations and venues
I find the perfect location and venue for your wedding. You receive a presentation of several places which fit your wants and needs. I also offer visiting venues together with you to help you decide.
05 - the vendors
I present you with your ideal wedding team from my network of professional and excellent high-end vendors. You always have a say in which vendor to go with. I coordinate them and communicate with them to ensure your wedding runs smoothly.
07 - the wedding day
Of course I am always on-site the day of. While I take care of the logistics, oversee assembly and disassembly, coordinate the vendors and guests you get to concentrate on saying I Do, your celebration and being in love.
02 - budget plan
I create a budget plan so that your finances are always in control. You get a professional estimate of what your dream wedding could cost based on which I then take further steps.
04 - design concept
After the perfect venue has been found, I work on a bespoke and custom design concept that can include colours, a wedding logo and the overall vision. Thus, your wedding is perfect from the invite to the midnight snack and follows one coherent style. Eevery element is carefully thought of and customised to your wedding.
06 - personalisation
We all love Pinterest and Instagram but I pride myself on creating bespoke weddings. I make sure that your wedding represents you as a couple and no wedding is the same. As I only take care of a few select weddings a year, I can guarantee you a full, quick and efficient support.
08 - guest managament
Next to you I also take care of your guests. I plan shuttles and accommodations and also communicate with your guests so that there is no stress for your during the preparation. The day of I am the person to ask and go to when your guests need something.
