I am Valerie and I am a wedding planner from Cincinnati specialised in planning your dream destination wedding to Europe. Whether it be Italy, France, Spain, Greece or somewhere else – let’s elevate your wedding by hiring me as your wedding planner.
You as a couple are always my priority. Thus, it is of the utmost importance to create customised weddings and events. A streamlined, transparent and custom-tailored planning phase is therefore what will give you an elevated experience. I only work with selected vendors and do not get any commission. The trust that you put in me by letting me take care of one of the most special days of your lived is being returned by always delivering professional support in all matters.
My journey to becoming a successful wedding planner in Cincinnati started in Germany where I am originally from. I did my training with one of Germany’s best wedding planners (Avantgarde Academy). This training as well as my teaching profession prepared me perfectly for any organisational, planning or creative challenges.
I have worked with many international couples, based in the US, France and the UK. My unique background allows me to ensure your European wedding dreams are fulfilled. Not only do I have experience in planning and executing weddings in Europe, I was also brought up and have lived there most of my life. You will work closest with your wedding planner in your planning journey. I am a great fit if you are looking for someone that is quick to communicate, lives in your time zone and has experience in Europe.

Die Kosten einer Hochzeitsplanerin hängen von verschiedenen Faktoren ab. Heiratet ihr im Ausland, ist es eine mehrtägige Begleitung oder bin ich nur am Tag selbst vor Ort? Grundsätzlich sagt man, dass eine Hochzeitsplanerin etwa 15-20% des gesamten Budgets umfassen sollte. Ich als Hochzeitsplanerin Frankfurt arbeite mit einem Festpreis, damit euer Budget bei der Hochzeitsplanung keine Rolle spielt.
Als erfahrene Hochzeitsplanerin ist die Zeit für euch erst einmal irrelevant. Es ist durchaus möglich, Hochzeiten sehr kurzfristig zu planen, man muss sich aber über ein paar Dinge im Klaren sein. Je kurzfristiger die Hochzeit geplant wird, desto flexibler muss man in seinem Budget sein oder bereit sein, Abstriche zu machen. Dienstleister sind oft mehrere Monate im Voraus ausgebucht und der Traumhochzeitsfotograf ist dann eventuell nicht mehr verfügbar. Für Hochzeiten in und um Frankfurt kann man mit 12-18 Monaten Planungszeit entspannt ein tolles Event auf die Beine stellen.

Wir starten mit einer detaillierten Budgetplanung, woraufhin dann die Location gesucht und ein Designkonzept erstellt wird. Anschließend werden die Timeline kreiert, alle weiteren Dienstleister gesucht und koordiniert und die Hochzeit personalisiert. Selbstverständlich kümmere ich mich auch um Aspekte wie Einladungen, Gästemanagement und Details wie das Steamen von Tischdecken. Als Hochzeitsplaner Frankfurt spare ich euch vor allem eins: Zeit!
