Wedding venues in Italy are everywhere but Villa Parisi is a true jewel. When my couple and I started talking about a destination wedding in Italy, we thought about what they wanted in a venue first. For the bride and groom it was necessary to have an amazing view so that wedding guests could enjoy their trip overseas. I immediately thought of Villa Parisi and together with the owner we made sure to secure their dates.
When planning a wedding, I work closely with the bride and groom to find out who they are and what they want their wedding to be. We talk about style, designs, vendors and what they want to portray with their wedding. This couple wanted to have an outstanding experience and a fun time for the guests. At Villa Parisi there are many options when thinking about a welcome dinner, the ceremony and a day after. This is why we thought of a relaxed pool party, combined with a pizza party to set the tone.
For the ceremony, there are two options to choose from. You can either get married on the platform directly on the sea or the patio in front of the dinner area. Factoring in guest count and experience, we opted for the patio to ensure that everyone could be part of the wedding couple’s I Dos. The wedding dinner can be held in the glass gazebo overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. A luxurious Italian style dinner and a typical wedding cake are all great additions to a destination wedding in Italy.
After the newly-weds and their wedding guests have partied the night away under the Tuscan night sky, the location of Villa Parisi is perfect for ending the wedding weekend however you like. Whether you would like to have a beach party or want to go explore a city like Pisa, Villa Parisi has it all.

The most important aspect for my couple certainly was guest experience. To ensure that the wedding guests have the most amazing time, I as a planner think about the guests‘ trip from packing their bags to landing at home. This is why my couples receive plenty of checklists and guidelines that their guests have access to. This way noone has to think of anything in advance. Aspects like shuttles from the airport, planning accommodation for the guests not staying at Villa Parisi or providing ideas of what to do in the area are all part of the wedding planning experience at Westend Weddings.
My couple wanted to have fun with their guests, which is why we thought about wedding games and live music to entertain. One of the most important parts of the guests‘ experience is the temperature, so make sure to plan out how you can help your guests feel comfortable the day of. As a luxury wedding planner in Italy it is my job to think of not only you as a couple but also your guests.
I hope this article gave you a good first overview of what a wedding at Villa Parisi looks like. I am currently planning weddings for couples in 2025 and 2026 and would love to add on your wedding as well.
